By accessing or using SalonDesk (the "Platform"), a product of Morzen Labs ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all salon owners, staff, and authorized users of the account.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SalonDesk for your business operations. You agree not to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account records and all activities that occur under your salon's instance. You must immediately notify Morzen Labs of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data necessary for salon management, including customer records, staff schedules, and financial transactions. You retain ownership of your business data, but grant us the right to process it for service delivery.
Fees for SalonDesk are billed based on the selected plan. Failure to maintain payment may result in temporary suspension of administrative access. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
Morzen Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Morzen Labs is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
